To assist there are 3 periods to choose from with Long Term for 6 mts +, Medium Term from 3 to 6 mts with 10% extra & half month deposit & then Short Term with 20% extra but zero deposit for 1 to 3 months for maximum flexibility.

It only seems fair that long term tenants get a cheaper rate and short termers pay more for the convenience.
